- Organizer of the sports movement in Semipalatinsk at the beginning of the 20th c. One of the first who started organizing the game of football in the territory of modern Kazakhstan.
- In the spring of 1912, the Neptune sports club appeared (the only one that was officially registered from Semipalatinsk on 01.01.1915 in the Russian Empire). Between 1912 and 1915 was the president of the SCS (Semipalatinsk sports club) Neptune.
- Smorodinnikov – initiator of the first sports competitions in the vicinity of Semipalatinsk. In August 1913, directly under his organization, the «Olympic Games» were held: a football match, a bicycle race and a run of 3 miles. He himself was a participant in a football match.
