- In 1977 graduated from the Economics Department of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (Moscow). In 1987, he underwent retraining at the Moscow Plekhanov Institute of National Economy with a degree in logistics management. A. Dzhaksybekov is a Candidate of Economic Sciences.
