• Winner of the USSR Championship among First League teams (1983) – «Kairat»Almaty;
• Participant of the VII Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR as part of the RSFSR national team (1979);
• Best coach of Russia according to the RFU (2008, 2009);
• Best coach of the month of the Russian Football Championship (2013).

• In the USSR championships (Major League) Berdyev played 155 matches, scored 23 goals, in the First League – 211 matches, 32 goals.
• One of the best goal assists in the history of «Kairat» Alma-Ata  in the 1980s.
