In games for the USSR Cup – 21 matches, 7 goals. In the USSR championship among teams of the Second League (1977-1979, 1989) – 43 goals. In the Greek Championship, 25 confirmed matches, 10 goals.
- Evstafiy Pehlevanidi is the author of the fastest goal in the history of the USSR championships for 10 seconds from the start in the match against Dynamo Kyiv on 03.09.1986.
- One of the Academies of FC Kairat is named after Pahlavanidi (2017).
